Yoga and Aromatherapy

This week I am excited about a new aromatherapy blend I made for my clients. It is for anti-anxiety. The scent is AMAzing! Lavender, Patchuli and Sweet Orange. It is very uplifting yet at the same time relaxing enough to use towards the end of our yoga classes for Sivasana. The Patchuli promotes a sense of peace and well-being.
Did you know that you can book an aromatherapy consultation with me, blend a few essential oils to make your very own blend and take it with you for your home yoga practice, a salt bath, an inhaler stick, a pillow spray or a lotion just to name a few...It only costs $30. Just call me to book your appointment!
Try my YogAromatherapy class on Friday mornings at 10am ...(Gentle Yoga)
Check out our website for all of my class descriptions:

Yoga Mala Event at our Renaissance Healing Center

Thank you to those who participated in our event! We got through 108 Sun- Salutations with grace and fun too! It felt really good to raise money for such an amazing organization such as The Nature Conservancy. To find out about how you can help support this cause please go to www.nature.org
Yoga has really made such a difference in my life and I have watched over the years, the changes happen for my students as well. Someone last night said that her heart felt so open after our practice, our closing meditation was about the light surrounding the heart and radiating out...this is what yoga does for me every day. I only wish for more people to find the path to yoga or something like it...just find a path to open your heart.
Until next time,
Take time to unwind,
Namaste'

ABOUT

The purpose of the Global Mala is to unite the global yoga community from every continent, school or approach to form a "mala around the earth" through collective practices based upon the sacred cycle of 108 on Sept. 21st and 22nd, Fall Equinox as the yoga world's offering to further the UN International Peace Day. Each center offers their form of a Yoga Mala according to their yoga tradition and inspiration:
