Amazing New Teachers and Classes!!!

You must stop by the center to check out these new classes!
Mondays at 10am - Finally - we have yoga (Ashtanga Inspired Yoga) with one of our new teachers Cara. She is also hosting a wonderful new group called Circle of Sisters coming up on Nov. 21st.
Also we now have another Lunchtime class - Lacy's Pilates plus- on Thursdays at Noon. Lacy is also teaching our Friday Night Bellydancing class that started last week. We had a lot of fun, for not knowing what we were doing.

Yoga at Lululemon - February 2009

Hello Yogi's
We have been lucky enough to be invited to be Studio of the Month for February.
Sundays at 9:30am at St. John's Town Center, Lululemon Athletica offers a FREE yoga class every week!!!
2 weeks ago Laura taught - Thanks Laura - You're Awsome!!
Last week Marci taught - Thanks Marci - Beautiful Class Chica!
This week and next week I am teaching.
On Feb. 15th- I will be offering YogAromatherapy for the Heart Chakra
(Multi Level Yoga)
The following Sunday will be a Multi Level Kripalu Class.

Join us this Friday evening on Feb.13th for My Spooky Valentine's Party at Renaissance Healing Center. 5 -9pm we are offering Valentine treats and Dicounts on Gift Certificates for Yoga Classes,Pilates, Massage, Facials and Organic Products, Jewelry and more!!
