Multi Class Yoga Pass now available at Renaissance

Let's talk about yoga, shall we?
We have some fantastic teachers at Renaissance, all offering something unique and special.
In order to simplify things for you, to be able to experience all of our yoga classes for one price we have created the Multi Class Yoga Pass. The cost is $85 and allows you to attend 10 classes at Renaissance Healing Center with no expiration date. There are many to choose from, in fact I am looking at the back of the card you will receive when you buy one, and there is at least one yoga class offered 6 days of the week!!! So far, no yoga on Sundays.

Mondays at 6:30pm - Intermediate Vinyasa Flow Yoga ........Dena
Tuesdays at 10:00am - Multi Level Kriaplu Yoga.............Heather
Tuesdays at 6:00pm - Multi Level Kripalu Yoga..........…...Marci
Wednesdays at 10:00am - Multi Level (warm) Yoga............Heather
Wednesdays at 5:00pm - Multi Level Yogalates................Mia
Thursdays at 6:00pm - Intro to Kripalu Yoga................Heather
Fridays at 10:00am - Gentle Yoga (YogAromatherapy)....……...Heather
Saturdays at 10:00am - Multi Level Kripalu Yoga............Heather or Laura

You can purchase a Multi Class Yoga Pass from anyone at Renaissance for $85.
If you only take from one teacher you may still purchase their individual Yoga Pass for $80.

Hello Yogi's
We have been lucky enough to be invited to be Studio of the Month for February.
Sundays at 9:30am at St. John's Town Center, Lululemon Athletica offers a FREE yoga class every week!!!

This week and next week I am teaching.
On Feb. 15th- I will be offering YogAromatherapy for the Heart Chakra
(Multi Level Yoga)
The following Sunday will be a Multi Level Kripalu Class.
